Once your order ships (usually within 1-2 business days), we'll send you another email with your tracking number.

Once you have activated your core subscription, you can submit a swing by going to the home page and starting a coaching session.

You will receive your lesson within 24 hours. Our in-app ETA's are determined by current volume and coach availability, which might be shorter than 24 hours.
