We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered, so you’ll have time to try it out and make sure it’s right for you.
You may utilize any courier that you prefer but we highly suggest using USPS for lower return costs.
At this time, we’re unable to accept hand-delivered returns. All return items must be shipped to the return address provided by our Customer Service Support so the return can be properly tracked, received, and processed for a refund.

Once you purchase our coaching plan, you’ll receive your activation code straight to the email used at checkout, along with simple step-by-step instructions on how to activate it. You’ll be up and running in no time—we’ve got you covered!

App: Open the app → More → Subscription → Manage Subscription → follow the prompts.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide replacement mats for issues related to normal wear and tear, as this occurs naturally with regular use. That said, please feel free to send us a clear photo of your mat so we can take a look and confirm whether there’s anything we can assist with.
At the moment, the Golf Daddy is designed for use with irons and wedges only. Unfortunately, drivers and hybrid clubs aren’t supported.
